New businesses, Flatrock development among most read stories of first half of 2022

T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. has been awarded the construction contract for a new FedEx Ground Package facility in Cookeville. The facility will feature a 240,000 square foot warehouse, with an 11,000 square foot office and approximately a 4,000 square foot vehicle maintenance garage.

UPPER CUMBERLAND – The first half of 2022 has seen the region recovering from the COVID pandemic and getting back to business. Hundreds of new businesses opened, others expanded and ground was broken on many new businesses and industries that will be game changers for the region. The region also lost an esteemed business leader and local philanthropist. So, take time to look back and remember some of the biggest events and the ones that received the most looks on the UCBJ website.
