New Day properties celebrated the opening of its new location at 105 North Washington Avenue in Cookeville today.
The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) was on hand.
All business – New Day Properties and Services celebrates ribbon cutting.
“Today we joined the celebration at the grand opening of New Day Properties and Services’ new location,” said the Chamber. “For decades, these beloved family-run establishments have been pillars in Cookeville and the Upper Cumberland community.”

Big turnout – New Day welcomed the public and local officials to its ribbon cutting.
“With roots dating back to 1977 for New Day Services and 1999 for New Day Properties, they’ve earned a reputation for their dedication to transparency, intentionality and quality service,” continued the Chamber. “Their brand-new office is now open and conveniently located on Washington Avenue Stop by to check it out and congratulate them on their big move!”
