UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in May 2022

PUTNAM COUNTY – The peak price of existing residential home sales continues to rise in Putnam County. The top home sitting on 2.4 acres in the Cookeville city center brought in $1.9 million. The 7,884 square-foot, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home with an inground pool sold for $241 per square foot. 

Luxury homes continued brisk sales with four of May’s top sales over the $1 million mark and the fifth falling just short at $947,000. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for May 2022.
