No-one has won the award more than once until now, this is Workout Anytime’s third time winning the award

Cookeville – No one has ever won Workout Anytime’s Franchisee of The Year award twice.

That was until the Cookeville location, owned and operated by E.J. Manual and Jerry Pugh, did just that. It was so nice the first time they hit them with a repeat performance. But they didn’t stop there.

This year, the Cookeville location won the coveted award for the third time.

What are the criteria to become “franchisee of the year” within Workout Anytime? There are two designations: Qualitative and Quantitative. Qualitive criteria are the numbers so to speak, revenue, members, monthly enrollment and employee retention. While quantitive criteria things that don’t show up on the books like “core values.”

Its core values or “ACE” as defined by the fitness company are attitude, care and excellence including operational excellence, major contribution to the growth of the Workout Anytime network and Defense of the brand.

“As franchise owners, Williams and Pugh focus on the growth of not only their business but their employees and the communities they serve,” according to a release by Workout Anytime. “They have loved growing with the brand and are excited to see what the future holds.”

What does the future hold? Williams and Pugh say the goal is to continue growing as long as their team continues to believe in them and the brand.
