The Walnut Street Market recently held a ribbon cutting celebrating its new ownership. Blayne and Carri Hare of Pastoral Pastures have officially taken the reigns.

“Today marked the grand re-opening of Walnut Street Market, now under new ownership,” said the Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce. “A staple in Cookeville for years, this market has been the go-to spot for fresh, locally sourced produce, grass-fed meats and artisan goods.”

The Market also has a food truck that serves breakfast and lunch on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
