Gov. Bill Haslam will address the Tennessee General Assembly at 6 p.m. Feb. 2 on “Insure Tennessee,” and the address will be broadcast on WCTE. Haslam recently issued a proclamation convening a special session so the 109th General Assembly could consider the two-year pilot program to provide health care coverage to those Tennesseans without access to health insurance. The special session was set at begin 4 p.m.
