Dr. Dennison is accepting new patients
Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) has its newest neurosurgeon. The hospital recently welcomed Taylor Dennison, M.D., to its medical staff. He has joined Tier 1 Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Institute.
Dr. Taylor Dennison received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College Of Medicine in Rockford, IL. He completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and a fellowship at the Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa, FL.
