Texas Roadhouse coming to Cookeville

COOKEVILLE – Texas Roadhouse restaurant is reportedly coming to Cookeville, with a possible location on Interstate Drive near the Shoppes at Eagle Point.

The restaurant chain is now hiring for the restaurant manager, service manager and kitchen manager positions, according to its website. Applications can be submitted at https://careers.texasroadhouse.com/ListJobs/All/Search/TRH-CMS-Location/TN-Cookeville.

Cookeville officials have indicated there are still some details to be worked out before an official announcement can take place.

Texas Roadhouse is famous for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from scratch sides, and fresh-baked bread.   According to the company, Texas Roadhouse was founded upon providing fresh, quality food for a value, which is why they make all the food from scratch, even the bacon bits, croutons, and dressings.

Texas Roadhouse opened its doors in 1993.  Since then, the company has grown to more than 560 locations in 49 states and 17 international locations in seven foreign countries. The Cookeville location will be the only location between Nashville and Knoxville.
