Savor is a part of a bold expansion plan
The patio is open on one of Cookeville’s most anticipated new restaurants. Savor, the newest spot by Seven Senses owner Jay Albrecht has officially opened its doors for business at 35 West Broad Street in Cookeville just across the street from Seven Senses.
The restaurant has 100 indoor seats and 25 outdoor patio seats. Fall sitting under the stars. Yes, please.
A southern flair and eclectic menu anchor the experience.
“An outdoor patio and a bigger kitchen aren’t just nice to have—they’re game changers,” said Albrecht. “Those are the kind of upgrades that allow us to serve more guests with greater efficiency and comfort.”
Savor is a part of a bold expansion plan by Albrecht. Read more about that HERE.

Seven Senses and Savor owner Jay Albrecht
Savor will maintain the spirit of Seven Senses and its menu while the original Seven Senses at 32 W Broad Street is temporarily closed for upgrades before reopening and “reimagined” as an entirely new concept. That transformation is expected to take a couple of months.
A bold goal of two restaurants complementing one another on the same street.
“This is more than a move,” said Albrecht. “It’s a reinvention. The new space gives us the flexibility we need to better serve our guests and continue evolving with Cookeville’s growing culinary scene,” Albrecht told the UCBJ.
Two choices are better than one.
“This really is the best-case scenario,” said Albrecht. “Having two strong restaurant concepts just steps apart allow us to be responsive and creative while staying rooted in this neighborhood we love,” he said.
Savor is open Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
