Rebranding includes a new logo, website and marketing collateral
Cookeville – SmartBank is rebranding their insurance subsidiary including Chattanooga-based Sunbelt Insurance and Upper Cumberland-based Rains Insurance, to SBK Insurance. Sunbelt and Rains, leading insurance agencies in Tennessee, are now unified in a single entity positioned to provide enhanced insurance services throughout the SmartBank footprint.
“This is a great opportunity that will allow us to better leverage the strength and capabilities of our entire agency to provide quality products and services to all of our clients,” said Billy Carroll, SmartBank President and CEO. “The new name, SBK Insurance, is a natural fit for the SmartBank brand and we look forward to expanding this line of business in all of our markets.”
SmartBank says the insurance subsidiaries has been providing reliable service for a long time.
“Over the years, Sunbelt and Rains have been providing reliable insurance solutions to individuals and businesses, offering a wide range of products including personal, commercial, life & health and transportation insurance,” said SmartBank in a release.
The rebranding initiative shouldn’t change that.

The rebranding includes a new logo, website and marketing collateral that feature the SBK Insurance name and brand identity. The company’s email addresses and contact information will also be updated to reflect the new name.
