Development holding ribbon cutting Nov. 29
Baxter – Paddington Place (PP) is a new development featuring a blend of townhomes and single-family homes at 73 Dale Mires Lane in Baxter. DR Horton (DRH) of Nashville is the developer of the project.
DRH broke ground on its first home in Fort Worth, Texas in 1978. In 2002, the homebuilder became the top homebuilder nationally, according to the company, and now operates in 45 of the top 50 markets in the U.S. and ranks among the top 5 in 37 of those. DR’s marketers spread the nation in 33 states and 118 markets.
The company has delivered more than 1,000,000 homes.

On Nov. 29 at 2 p.m. DRH is hosting a ribbon cutting with the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber).
“Join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of Paddington Place,” said the Chamber. “Paddington Place will feature a blend of townhomes and single-family homes, providing numerous opportunities for those looking to purchase” according to the Chamber.
