160 homes available for occupancy
Copperhill Farms, a new 160 home subdivision on Reece Road in Baxter, is set to host a grand opening Tuesday April 16 at 11 a.m.
The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for the occasion.
“You are invited to come learn more about Baxter’s newest neighborhood, and if you are interested in purchasing a home, Realtor Ashley Martin from The Realty Firm will be there to answer any questions,” said the Chamber.
The homes are “crafted” by Harold Brown, owner of ERB Properties.
