Partnership between Encompass Health Corp. and CRMC will develop a freestanding facility
(UCBJ) – Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) and Encompass Health is holding a groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 14 at 215 W. Sixth St. in Cookeville for a new 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital planned for the CRMC campus.
The partnership between Encompass Health Corp. and CRMC will develop a freestanding facility designed to provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients throughout the Upper Cumberland.
The new hospital is expected to expand access to specialized rehabilitation services for patients recovering from:
- Illnesses
- Injuries
- Surgeries
- Other medical conditions
The groundbreaking ceremony is open to invited guests only.
