Nephrologist joins Cumberland Kidney and Diabetes specialists
Cookeville – Sharmil Suma Kumaran, M.D., nephrologist, has join the Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) medical staff.
He has joined the practice of Cumberland Kidney and Diabetes Specialists.
Kumaran received his medical degree from Government Medical College, University of Calicut in Kozhikode, India andcompleted his residency at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton, Pennsylvania and a fellowship in nephrology and hypertension at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.
He will be seeing patients at 117 N. Hickory Ave., suite 200.
