South Willow Avenue Property Tied To Proposed Restaurant Project
(UCBJ) – A second 7 Brew coffee stand is being planned for Cookeville, according to a filing with the state of Tennessee. The project involves construction of a commercial building for restaurant services on 2.31 acres at 564 S. Willow Ave. The property reportedly sold for $950,000 in March 2026.
The applicant is listed as Southern Brew Corp. (7 Brew Coffee). The stand would be Cookeville’s second 7 Brew, joining the location at 1200 Interstate Drive. With The Willows project underway, South Willow Avenue is changing quickly, and the city is adjusting.
It has planned improvements in the South Willow Avenue and West Jackson Street area, including a proposed second turn lane on South Willow Avenue and a dedicated right-turn lane on West Jackson Street. Construction on those improvements is expected to begin in 2027.
No confirmed site plans for the project have been released.
