Nonprofit gives back to those who’ve served

Operation United Hope recently held the ribbon-cutting on the anniversary of its newest facility. The Cookeville – Putnam County Chamber of Commerce was on hand for the event.

The company’s mission is to serve veterans and military families.

“We had a great time celebrating Operation United Hope today,” according to the Chamber. “ The ribbon cutting celebrated the anniversary of their move to a spacious new 6,000 square foot facility, which marked a big step forward in their mission to serve Veterans and Military families in our region.”

The nonprofit gives back to those who’ve served by offering a free shop, pantry and vital support services.

“Want to get involved,” according to the Chamber. “They’re accepting donations of food, clothing and household items, offering sponsorship opportunities and welcoming new monthly donors.”
