UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in April 2021

PUTNAM COUNTY – Real estate is trending upwards in Putnam County with most of the top houses sold being over 4,000 square feet, and two selling for over $1 million. The lone smaller house in the top five transactions, while only 880 square feet, is accompanied by substantial acreage. These are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for April 2021.
