COOKEVILLE – Tennessee Tech will award approximately 1,500 degrees in two commencement ceremonies on Saturday at the Hooper Eblen Center.
The first ceremony at 9:30 a.m. will be for graduates of the colleges of arts & sciences, engineering and interdisciplinary studies and the school of nursing along with graduate students from each of those colleges.
The second ceremony at 2 p.m. will include graduates of the colleges of agriculture & human ecology, business, education and fine arts as well as graduate students from each of those colleges.
Tennessee Tech president Phil Oldham will preside over commencement ceremonies while Carl Owens, a professor in the College of Education and director of the Learning Resource Center in the College of Education, will be the commencement speaker
