Clayton Homes says it “opens doors to a better life”

On July 18 Clayton Homes (CH) is hosting the grand opening of Cane Creek Farm (CCF).

The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for the celebration.

“Join us to celebrate the grand opening of Cane Creek Farm by Clayton Homes of Cookeville,” said the Chamber.

CH says it “open doors to a better life” with “homes made with you in mind.”

“Clayton Homes focuses on creating homes tailored to your needs, offering a wide selection of single, double and triple-wide manufactured homes that are beautiful, affordable and energy-efficient,” according to the Chamber.

The new neighborhood, CCF, features homes of 1,400 and 2,100 square feet on 52 lots. The first five lots will be available for tours. Event starts at 11:30 a.m.

“Stop by to celebrate and take a tour with Clark Adcock from The Realty Firm to learn more,” said the Chamber.

“ … We are ready to help you find your dream home,” according to CH. “We are here to help answer all your questions, from floor plans to design features. …”
