Roberson has more than 40 years of broadcasting experience

According to reports, Main Street Media (MSM) has promoted Greg Roberson, who has served as the company’s Manager of Strategic Sponsorship, to General Manager, effective Jan. 2, where he will oversee sales and operations for Main Street Media’s radio properties.

Roberson has more than 40 years of broadcasting experience after owning two small-market radio stations and with stops at:

  • Motor Racing Network
  • American Network Group
  • WSM Radio

MSM owns 10 radio stations, including four stations in Crossville, four in McMinnville and two in Sparta, including their 3 Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) stations in Sparta, Crossville and McMinnville. Roberson joined MSM in Feb 2025, where he worked on strengthening advertiser relationships and new revenue opportunities.

He also played a role when the company flipped three of its stations to CCM late last year.

“I’m incredibly honored and grateful for the trust Main Street Media’s ownership has placed in me,” said Roberson, according to the report. “Radio remains one of the most powerful ways to serve communities, connect local businesses with customers and tell meaningful stories. I’m excited to work with our talented teams in Crossville, McMinnville, and Sparta to continue building strong stations that truly matter to the people we serve.”
