Cookeville – Real Estate Services Company (RESCO) recently marked its 5-year anniversary with a celebration. RESCO has been a prominent player in the region’s real estate scene since its inception.
Owned by Craig Hughes, RESCO comprises three successful brands: Upper Cumberland Commercial Real Estate (UCC), NextHome Investment and MAC Management & Consulting-Brokered by Upper Cumberland Commercial. UCC is the region’s only full service commercial real estate company.
