Rebranding includes a new logo, website and marketing collateral
Cookeville – RAINS Insurance, which has been in business in the Upper Cumberland since 1927, will officially rebrand to SBK Insurance on Wednesday Sept. 13 at 10 a.m.
In April, the Upper Cumberland Business Journal reported that SmartBank would be rebranding its insurance subsidiary, including RAINS and Chattanooga-based Sunbelt Insurance. To celebrate, RAINS is hosting a special event with the Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce. The event will feature a ribbing cutting and celebration.
The ribbon cutting will be the culmination of the rebranding.
“Please join us to attend the grand unveiling of SBK Insurance,” said the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber.
The rebranding includes a new logo, website and marketing collateral featuring the SBK Insurance name and brand identity.
“This is a great opportunity that will allow us to better leverage the strength and capabilities of our entire agency to provide quality products and services to all of our clients,” said Billy Carroll, SmartBank President and CEO. “The new name, SBK Insurance, is a natural fit for the SmartBank brand and we look forward to expanding this line of business in all of our markets.”
The company’s email addresses and contact information will be updated to reflect the new name.
“Our rebranding is more than just a new name,” said Jessica Parrott, SBK Insurance President. “While our name may have changed, our commitment to clients remains the same and we will continue to provide them with excellent service and unwavering dedication. We are proud of our legacy, but we’re even more excited about our future as SBK Insurance and the opportunities it brings for our team and our clients.”
