RECO says it is important to have a presence in White County

Sparta – The Real Estate Collective (RECO) has expanded its reach to Sparta.

RECO says the venture is exciting as it looks to bring “innovative approaches and unparalleled service to the local property market.”

Chris and Hali Howard along with Robbie Porter and Madison Summers will run the Sparta location.

“The Howard duo and their team of talented agents are poised to offer residents a comprehensive and personalized experience throughout their real estate journey,” said RECO in a statement.

RECO says it is important to have a presence in White County.

“Technology has shortened the miles between communities across the Upper Cumberland, allowing real estate agents to work from anywhere as a home base,” According to RECO. “However, we are big believers that it is important for us to plant a flag in White County, to let people know that we are committed to this area, to be a local presence to serve them, and to be involved in the local schools and community events. With my partner, Jason Carpenter and his wife, Leslie, being Sparta residents as well, this was the next right step for our company. We are super excited to bring the RECO experience to White County!”
