Program helps students earn high school and Vol State degree simultaneously

Putnam County Middle College (PCMC) in Putnam County is holding a ribbon cutting.

“PCMC is a collaboration between Putnam County Schools and Volunteer State Community College (VSCC),” said The Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.

The program was designed so students can earn enough college credits to graduate with both a high school diploma and a VSCC associate degree.

“Come celebrate with us and learn more about this exciting opportunity,”

The celebration runs from Noon to 1 p.m September 4.
