MTB values every customer, keeps customer satisfaction at the “forefront of their efforts”

Monterey’s Troyer Post Buildings (TPB) was named one of the fastest growing private companies in America on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list released this week. Following several years of incredible growth, the company joined a group of 5,000 of the most successful businesses in America.

MTPB sits at No. 3719.

“I’m so proud of our team,” said Tim Troyer, CEO. “Their hard work and dedication to excellence has given us the opportunity to make this list. As a team, we want to celebrate this achievement and give thanks to God for His blessings in our lives.”

From the beginning, TPB was a team effort, according to the company. After opening in 2014 when Troyer and his brothers started TPB, the company produced “primarily” on farm buildings like hay and equipment storage buildings.

Troyer has since produced commercial buildings such as warehouses, riding arenas and residential buildings like garages, workshops and even Barndominium homes. Troyer says a team is more than just a single person. That mindset propelled MTB to the forefront of the pole building industry and was key to making this year’s list.

What is the true key to success?

“We do what we say we are going to do,” said Troyer. “Rather than make commitments that we can’t keep, we do our best to be transparent and honest with our customers. Then we get right to work doing what we said we would do, and our customers appreciate that.”

MTB values every customer, keeps customer satisfaction at the “forefront of their efforts” and always looks for new opportunities to bring solutions to customer’s needs.

MTB services most of Tennessee and a few areas in Kentucky, North Carolina and Georgia and looks to open a new location in Greenville. For more information, visit troyerpostbuildings.com.
