Owner Danielle Imbratto says her passion is serving customer’s needs
Cedar City Title (CC) is new to Cookeville.
The title and escrow business has been in the industry for seven years, and on May 3 at 1 p.m. it is celebrating the grand opening of its Cookeville location at 414 E Spring Street. Owner Danielle Imbratto says her passion is serving customer’s needs.
“As escrow holders they receive deposits, prepare and distribute the necessary forms and transfer documents, along with the escrow instructions that support their use,” said the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce who will be on hand for the event.
CC is more than just escrow. According to the Chamber, CC also prepares settlement statements to reflect their distribution after closing.
“They handle everything from start to finish! Help us celebrate them April 25th,” said the Chamber.
