Main Street Media LLC is owned by Chad Graves and Scot MacDonald

Main Street Media LLC (MSM), a newly formed LLC located in McMinnville and owned by Chad Graves and Scot MacDonald, has filed a $1 million, six-station deal to purchase radio stations owned by Crossville-based Peg Broadcasting, according to a report by insideradio.com.

As a part of the deal, MSM will obtain Sparta’s classic country station, The Mullet and adult hits station YERT FM. According to the report, MSM will also obtain Sparta-licensed FM translators that simulcast WSMT and WTZX. MSM will also gain McMinnville stations 105.3 WOW Country, Star 107.3, The Ticket WAKI and Talk radio station WBMC with translators that simulcast WAKI, WBMC and WTRZ.

Once closed, Peg Broadcasting will have only four radio stations, all in Crossville:

  • 102.5 WOW Country
  • Mix 99.3
  • WAEW Talk Radio 96.3
  • 97.7 Sports Talk.
