BrightBridge Capital Assists in Providing Working Capital to Remodel Offices and Obtain Critical Systems and Equipment

On Thursday, July 11, at 420 South Lowe Avenue, Magnolia Health and Wellness (MHW) is hosting a grand opening in Cookeville. The ribbon cutting begins at 11:30 a.m. With the grand opening, owners Vickie Brown and Holly Robertson Rose will do what they do best; treat patients with psychiatric and mental health needs, something the duo has done for decades.

Three decades to be exact.

“The nurse practitioners are mainstays in the Upper Cumberland region with experiences in local medical practices and mental health care agencies,” according to a release by Brightbridge Capital (BC) which assists in providing working capital to remodel offices and obtain critical systems and equipment. “Over time, they learned that more mental health care providers were needed who could accept various forms of payment for service including self-pay, private insurance of Medicare.”

See a problem and discover a solution. Brown said she and Robertson Rose “…decided it was time to become business owners.” Mental Health & Wellness Clinic in Cookeville was born following “countless hours were spent researching electronic medical records management and office systems.”

“The research also leads them to a carefully selected accountant, an attorney and a credentialed insurance billing professional,” according to the release. “While the two have significant experience in health care, they realized the importance of building a team to guide their business.”

Together, MMHW and BC worked closely with a singular mission in mind, provide capital to remodel the office and purchase the systems and equipment needed to provide patients with the best possible experience.

“Working with BrightBridge forced us to dig deep and discover areas of the business that we didn’t even realize we needed to research,” said the owners.

BC says the owners served patients even before the doors in June. Drive, passion and dedication, I guess that’s how you establish a presence that lasts decades.
