First free Outpatient Seminar of 2025 on knee pain Thursday, March 13

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Cookeville Regional is offering quarterly seminars designed to educate and assist those with joint pain. Join them for their first free Outpatient Seminar of 2025 on knee pain Thursday, March 13, at Noon at the CRMC Sports Medicine Center, located at 146 South Willow in Cookeville.

These quarterly seminars are free to the public and allow those with joint pain the opportunity to learn what they can do to strengthen their joints while waiting to see a physician or until their surgery, as well as what to expect during knee, hip, shoulder and other joint replacement surgery and rehabilitation, including expected recovery time.

Attendees can meet with board-certified physical therapists from the Outpatient Rehabilitation Center and tour a real therapy gym. Registration is required. Seats are limited.
