Deadline to apply is June 20
You can apply today for the Leadership Putnam class of 2025, according to the Cookeville–Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.
“Leadership Putnam stands as the premier personal and community development program in the Upper Cumberland region,” according to release by the Chamber. “Since its inception in 1990, the program has been committed to identifying, recruiting and nurturing regional leaders. If you are eager to enhance your leadership abilities and gain a deeper understanding of our community, this is your opportunity.”

The Chamber says there is a roadmap to successful leadership.
- According to the release, the purpose of Leadership Putnam includes:
- Identifying potential and existing leaders in business, government, and other community sectors to prepare them for leadership roles.
- Providing these leaders with a practical and sophisticated understanding of Putnam County’s key issues and opportunities.
- Enhancing the communication network among leaders from diverse backgrounds and interests.
