50 new jobs, $5.5 Million Investment Planned in Surgoinsville Expansion
(UCBJ) — Homeland Vinyl Products will expand its operations in TN with a $5.5 million investment and the creation of 50 new jobs in Surgoinsville, according to the State of TN.

This project underscores the company’s commitment to our state, and we look forward to continuing to support their growth in the years to come.” – Gov. Bill Lee
The vinyl manufacturer is purchasing an additional facility where it plans to establish new grinding operations and add additional production lines in the future. The expansion marks the company’s third growth project in Tennessee since relocating to the state in 2015.
Homeland Vinyl Products operates five additional locations nationwide and employs more than 600 people.
