Formerly Suncrest Home Health, Local Provider Unveils New Identity While Continuing In-Home Care Services
(UCBJ) — Beacon Home Health (BHH) is set for its grand reopening on Tuesday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 1101 Neal Street in Cookeville, when the longtime home health provider will officially reopen under a new name and brand.
The event marks a transition for the organization formerly known as Suncrest Home Health, according to the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.
“Join us for the ribbon cutting and grand reopening of Beacon Home Health as they officially reopen their doors to serve Putnam County and the surrounding area,” said the Chamber.
BHH’s core mission is to provide in-home care services across Putnam County and the surrounding region. It offers:
- skilled nursing
- physical therapy
- occupational therapy
- speech therapy
- behavioral health services
- medical social work
- resource coordination
“… The team has relaunched under a new name and brand while continuing the same dedicated, compassionate care the community has come to know,” according to the Chamber. “Whether recovering from an illness, surgery, or injury, or managing a chronic condition, Beacon is committed to bringing life-changing care to patients and families throughout Middle Tennessee.”
The ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 11 a.m. followed by an open house until 2 p.m.
