Discount chain will look to set up shop in the West Towne Plaza Shopping Center

Sparta – According to Sparta Mayor Jerry Lowery (Lowery), Five Below will soon have a presence in the city.

Lowery says the discount chain will look to set up shop in the West Towne Plaza Shopping Center.

“Another great addition to our city,” announced Lowery. “Will be located in the shopping center across from Taco Bell.”

According to reports, the discount chain has bought the necessary permits to begin renovations on the location. Five Below, which was founded in 2002 in Philadelphia, calls themselves the “leading high-growth value retailer offering trend-right, high-quality products loved by tweens, teens and beyond.”

“We believe life is better when customers are free to “let go & have fun” in an amazing experience filled with unlimited possibilities,” said Five Below in a release. “With most items priced between $1 and $5, and some extreme value items priced beyond $5 in our incredible Five Beyond shop, Five Below makes it easy to say yes.”

Five Below today has more than 1,500 stores in 43 states.
