Bootcamp aimed to help local contractors strengthen their financial literacy
The Biz Foundry recently hosted the first-ever Contractor Business Bootcamp in Livingston.
“What a successful first-ever Contractor Business Bootcamp,” said the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce, which was on hand for the event, in a statement.
The Biz Foundry, the region’s entrepreneur center, partnered with the Chamber to host the event.
“Thank you to our regional entrepreneur center, The Biz Foundry, for partnering with us to bring this essential training to Overton County contractors,” according to a release. “Supporting entrepreneurs isn’t just about networking events; it’s about equipping business owners with the tools they need to succeed.”
The bootcamp aimed to help local contractors strengthen their financial literacy and overall business health.
“When local contractors and small-business owners have strong financial management, proper licensing and professional systems in place, they can grow their operations, hire more employees, and contribute to our local economy,” according to the Chamber.
Successful companies help drive a strong local economy.
“These businesses keep dollars circulating in our community and create the quality jobs we need to retain talent,” according to the Chamber.
