COOKEVILLE – The City of Cookeville Department of Water Quality Control will have the eastbound land of East 1st Street closed between Poplar Avenue and Cherry Avenue on Thursday, Aug. 18 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. as repairs are being made.
