Crossville – Have you always dreamed of owning your own golf course? On Dec. 10 that dream can come true, but only if the price is right. Deer Creek Golf Club in Crossville is going up for auction.
Advertised as a “premier recreational property located at the foothills of the Cumberlands”, the property offers 6,000 sq. ft. club house with new roof and recent upgrades. There are 146 acres of land surrounded by luxury homes. Golf related items will also be available with purchase.
The Deer Creek Golf Club is a Par 72 course designed by local Robert Renaud and wraps around Lake Genesis.
The course offers all 18 greens that were newly installed in 2018, 6,000 square foot clubhouse, fully renovated offices, kitchen, banquet rooms, restrooms and an outside deck overlooking the course. There is also a computer controlled well-pump for irrigation.
If you would like to inspect Deer Creek before making a bid you can do so on Nov. 12, Dec. 2 and Dec. 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m and two hours prior to auction on Dec. 10.
