CROSSVILLE – Deborah Shulman, a Realtor with Monarch Realty Group and Crossville resident has recently launched a home décor box subscription called Boxsy for people who love home décor as much as she does.
Schulman, mother and stepmother to eight children, who has worked in the real estate market in Crossville for the last four years loves good home décor. With her background in real estate, she has seen the good and bad of home décor. With this background and her hobby of decorating, she decided to share her love of home décor by starting a quarterly home décor box subscription.
The quarterly boxes feature a variety of items for those who love farmhouse décor mixed in with both modern and industrial styles. She also throws in a touch of rustic and bohemian styles mixed in. The items feature year-round pieces with some seasonal items included.
Pricing for the boxes range in price starting at $99 plus tax and includes free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. The items in each box will total up to $500 in retail price. The boxes come out quarterly, the Spring Home Décor Box in March featured a floral theme. The Summer Home Décor Box coming out in June will be beached theme with Fall Home Décor box debuting in September with a Halloween/Thanksgiving theme and the Winter Home Décor will debut in November with a holiday/winter theme.
Products included in the boxes may include such items as home fragrances, baskets, pillows, mirrors, lanterns and trays to name a few. The box will be full of a variety of items with textures such as wood, metals and macrame.
Also in the works is the monthly Candle Club. Schulman will be featuring non-toxic, soy candles that are paraben free with cotton wicks. The candles will come in a reusable container with unique fragrances that will complement the month/season. Included with the full-size candle will be an accessory such as decorative matches, wick cutter, bath salts or bath bomb. In addition, there will be a smaller candle included in a complimentary sent. Subscribers will also be able to reorder these candles on the Boxsy website. The monthly box will be $49 per month plus tax with free shipping to all 48 contiguous states.
