Cookeville – Effective January 1, 2023, Cookeville Regional Medical Center will temporarily be suspending the services offered through the CRMC endocrinology office and the Diabetes Center.
Efforts to recruit endocrinology providers to the area continue.
“Endocrinology continues to be an area that is difficult for recruitment but remains a priority for CRMC,” states Paul Korth, CEO at Cookeville Regional. “We are hopeful that we will be able to reopen these services in the near future.”
Patients of CRMC Endocrinology located at 406 North Whitney, Suite 3, and those currently being seen in the Diabetes Center, located at 127 North Oak, will soon receive a letter in the mail with information about how to obtain their medical records and how to transition services now being provided by the Diabetes Center.
