COOKEVILLE – Cookeville Regional Medical Center (CRMC) encourages everyone to celebrate World Heart Day Thursday, Sept. 29. There are nearly 17.9 million deaths worldwide due to heart attacks and strokes. Tune into the September Health Talks to learn about heart failure, heart disease, Code STEMI and signs and symptoms of heart attacks from CRMC cardiologist, Dr. Stacy Brewington.
Health Talks is offered virtually over Zoom on Sept. 29 from noon to 1 p.m. There is no charge to participate, but registration is requested and available here.
