Logistics Management has recognized Averitt as a top transportation and logistics provider in the 2025 Quest for Quality Awards. This marks the 27th consecutive year Averitt has been named a recipient. Since the program began in 1984, no other carrier in the South has earned more honors.
Conducted annually by Logistics Management, thousands of shippers participated in this year’s study.
“It is a privilege to be awarded by our customers once again,” said Barry Blakely, president and chief operating officer at Averitt. “These awards are a direct reflection of the professionalism and dedication of our associates across all areas of our business.”
In this year’s poll, Averitt was honored in three service categories:
- South/South Central Regional LTL
- Truckload Dry Freight
- 3PL Value-Added Warehousing Solutions.
“The recognition is based on customer evaluations of service performance in areas such as on-time delivery, value, technology, customer service and equipment and operations,” according to Averitt.
