Official opening date has not yet been announced
As formerly reported by the UCBJ, Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) is now officially set to open at 377 W. Jackson Street in the shopping center, according to a company release.
An official opening date has not yet been announced, but the company, acquired by Roark Capital in 2021, aims to reach 1,000 units by 2027. The new location comes as the company continues rapid growth. NBC recently celebrated its 700th bakery and is adding more than 100 locations annually to meet what it calls “high demand.”
The brand was also ranked the No. 5 fastest growing in America with 18% growth in 2024. In a Jan. 2025 Technomic’s NBC was also named America’s No. 1 Favorite.
