Leadership Putnam is the premier personal and professional development program in the Upper Cumberland. Created in 1990, the program’s mission is to identify, recruit and cultivate leaders within our area through networking, education, and service. As such, Leadership Putnam boasts impressive alumni from across the region including business presidents, local government officials and top education administrators.

Participants will be provided with in-depth seminars through monthly program days beginning in August and concluding with a graduation ceremony in May. These days spotlight a variety of community-related topics from healthcare to education to city and county government.
