Well Health & Chiropractic Cookeville, established in Cookeville on Oct. 5, 2020, recently marked its fifth anniversary with a ribbon-cutting and celebration at 1265 Interstate Drive in the city.
The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce says the clinic is all-inclusive.
