Chicken wing restaurant will set up shop next to Well Health and Chiropractic in the Shoppes at Eagle Point in Cookeville
Cookeville – The Shoppes at Eagle Point (Shoppes) in Cookeville is drawing restaurants to the area like flies to honey. According to reports, the next restaurant to join the Shoppes is WingStop. The chicken wing restaurant will soon set up shop next to Well Health and Chiropractic.
Headquartered in Dallas, TX, Wingstop was founded in 1994 as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas.
The company says customer service is its top priority.
“The Wing Experts are dedicated to Serving the World Flavor through an unparalleled guest experience and use of a best-in-class technology platform, all while offering classic and boneless wings, tenders and chicken sandwiches, always cooked to order and hand sauced-and-tossed in fans’ choice of 11 bold, distinctive flavors,” according to WingStop.
Along with wings, the restaurant offers signature sides like freshly made ranch and blue cheese dips.
WingStop sales increased 16.8% last year to approximately $2.7 billion worldwide. The company says it has seen 19 consecutive years of sales growth. The “system,” as described by WingStop, is to grow independent franchises, like the new Cookeville location.
Franchises make up 98% of Wingstop’s 2,046 restaurants.
“A key to this business success and consumer fandom stems from The Wingstop Way, which includes a core value system of being Authentic, Entrepreneurial, Service-minded and Fun,” according to Wingstop.
