Chamber joins celebration as Winell Lee highlights “Its Wood” and 80-Year legacy in Baxter
(UCBJ) – Winell Lee Moulding & Hardwood will continue its long-standing woodworking legacy with a ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration on June 24 at its brand-new warehouse and showroom in Baxter at 10325 Old Baxter Rd.
The grand opening comes during America’s 250th anniversary year. That marks a milestone moment for the five-generation family business.
The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce will also be on hand.
“For over 80 years, this family business has been a go-to source for quality hardwood materials, specializing in moulding, flooring, staircases, custom pieces and more for customers across the Upper Cumberland and beyond,” according to the Chamber.
The company specializes in moulding, flooring, staircases and custom wood products. The ceremony will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“Guests are invited to stop by throughout the day for live Festool tool demonstrations and a closer look at the company’s newest product, ‘Its Wood,’ a thermally modified wood designed for durability and long-term use.
Celebration will include:
