Karen Tillman, who spent seven years as Wildwood’s manager, will retire

Jesse Myer is the new general manager at Wildwood Resort & Marina, a boutique resort and marina with 7 unique styles of boutique accommodations, boat rentals, live music, massage therapy and authentic lakeside dining at 7316 Granville Hwy in Granville.

According to a release, Myer joined the resort from Evergreen Lodge, a mountain resort bordering Yosemite National Park.

“Myer brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s operations,” according to the release.

At Evergreen Myers earned his tripes with “various leadership roles” before taking his place as the assistant general manger there and managed a hotel at Yellowstone National Park.

“His expertise in resort management, guest services, and operations will be invaluable in guiding the resort to continued success,” according to the release.

Karen Tillman, who spent seven years as Wildwood’s manager, will retire. The resort says she has played a vital role within the organization.
