Skechers filled the previous building that housed Kirklands

The beloved furniture and seasonal décor store Kirklands that closed its location at 393 West Jackson Street in Cookeville following a lapsed lease in January has found a new home not far from the old one.

Kirklands 2.0 will also be in Jackson Plaza next to Catos at 377 W Jackson Street, but no official opening date has been announced.

Headquarterted in Nashville, Kirklands was founded in 1966, with a simple mindset, “great style can come at a great price, always.” It operates 344 stores in 35 states and employs over 4,000 people with approximately $560 million in sales in 2021.
