This year the event will take place at a new venue

WCTE PBS (WCTE) has announced the return of the WCTE Craft Beer Festival on Oct. 19.

This year the event will take place at a new venue.

“This annual PBS fundraiser, renowned for its diverse selection of craft beers, will collaborate with Shelton Consulting Solutions and the newest local outdoor venue, Trackside, situated in Cookeville’s vibrant Westside, adjacent to the Cookeville Depot Museum, and across the street from Blood Assurance,” according to a release by WCTE

In addition to the new location, the festival will still feature maintain all the activities from previous years.

“Now with enhanced accessibility to food trucks, improved parking options, and a more intimate atmosphere for social interaction,” says WCTE.

The VIP tent will return, offering all-day food, seating and additional beverages, with VIP ticket holders granted early access to the Stein Social at 11 a.m.

The festival, which showcases a variety of local brews alongside selections from the wider region, including unique offerings from homebrewers, will start at noon and end at 5 p.m. Over 100 craft beers will be available for sampling, and ticket holders must be 21 and over.

Discounted two-hour passes and designated driver tickets will be available.

“We are delighted to partner with Trackside,” stated Avery Hutchins, WCTE PBS President and CEO. “We are excited to keep this event on the Westside of downtown Cookeville, allowing our guests to explore the numerous local dining options. The Craft Beer Festival is one of our station’s most significant fundraisers, and every dollar raised supports public safety, early learning initiatives, and cherished local programming in our community.”
