COOKEVILLE – UCBJ has partnered with WCTE to offer UCBJ readers a $5 discount on a ticket to Blues and Brews, WCTE’s annual Craft Beer Festival by using discount code UCBJ when purchasing their tickets at wcte.org/brews. The annual beer tasting event is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 16 from 12 – 5 p.m. with exclusive access at 11 a.m. for VIP ticket holders.
Featured breweries include Calfkiller, Hix Farm, Jig Head, Lakefront, Red Silo and more, as well as favorites from Budweiser and Cherokee Distributing. Participants can enjoy tasting different beers while listening to blues music by Few Miles On and Melissa Ellis. Food will be available for purchase from various food trucks.
VIP tickets include early entry for a Stein Social and all-day access to the VIP tent. VIP ticket holders have the opportunity to sit down and visit with friends while enjoying an exclusive VIP brewery – Blackberry Farms, individual beers and a snack bar provided by local restaurants. VIP table sponsorships are available for groups of 10 and will include recognition as a Blues and Brews VIP sponsor.
For this year’s Blues and Brews, special COVID-19 accommodations are being made, and measures have been implemented to help promote the health and wellbeing of attendees and staff.
