UCBJ Lists: Putnam County’s top residential transactions in November 2021

PUTNAM COUNTY – Not only are building permits teasing record levels for the year, existing home sales continue to flourish in Putnam County with no signs of slowing. The most expensive residential property transaction in November was an in-town property sitting on two acres that sold for $900,000. The second highest residential property sale was close second in price at $825,000. Here are the most expensive home transactions in Putnam County for November 2021.
